2011 Hotel Cost Information
The Banff Couples Conference Committee strives every year to control the hotel costs for participants. The staff at the Chateau lake Louise are aware of our focus, and work with us to provide value for money, while still
preserving our high standards.
Each year we receive a small amount of feedback expressing concern about the hotel costs, and to help explain where your money goes, the cost breakdown is as follows:

The package total is $620.00 and includes:
Fairmont Room, Tax, Service Charge, Friday evening reception, Saturday & Sunday breakfasts, Saturday lunch, dinner & dance, 2 coffee breaks, Sunday brunch, self-parking.
Unless the couple purchases things on their own, this is the final total to be billed for the weekend. Conference room rates will be honoured by the hotel for the period 3 days prior and 3 days post the conference. An upgraded room will increase the participant's conference cost. (Fairmont room included in package)
