Participants must contact the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise to book their rooms. You may book your room using one of the following services:

• E-mail reservations:  There is no online booking for hotel rooms available this year.

The booking code for the Chateau Lake Louise for the March 9-11, 2012 conference is 0310banf_001 for the Banff Couples Conference 2012.

When contacting the hotel please advise them that you are booking as part of the Banff Couples Conference and you must indicate the conference is being held at the Chateau Lake Louise March 9-11, 2012 and reference our group code. The hotel cancellation policy should be confirmed with the hotel at the time of making your reservation.

The package total is $630.00 and includes:
Fairmont Mountain or Lake view Room, Taxes, Service Charges, Friday evening reception, Saturday & Sunday breakfasts & coffee, Saturday lunch & dinner,  Sunday brunch, self-parking (covered parking), porter service and all gratuities.

Please note that when you call the hotel to make your reservation you will get a quote of $258.82 for Friday night and $329.62 for Saturday night (for the Mountain or Lake view Fairmont room).

The total bill at check-out will be $630.00 including taxes and service charges.  Fees will be higher if you upgrade your room, or purchase any other items in addition to your group package.  

Remember you also have the optional benefit to stay at the hotel using our preferred group rate of $143.00/night (plus taxes and a $10 per person service charge) for either a Mountain or Lake view Fairmont room, 3 days prior to & post conference.

Couples can choose to upgrade rooms which will affect the total cost of the weekend beyond the group rate described above.  You can go here to look at the different room categories.  

Note that the Chateau offers a free program called "The Presidents Club" that you can join when you book your room.  This will give you complimentary internet use and other privileges the more you stay with them.

Every couple that registers before Nov 30th will also be entered in a draw for a two night stay (Fairmont standard room) at The Chateau Lake Louise. This draw will occur during the conference, and the 2-night stay may be used to offset the cost of the conference weekend or used in the future.
