The date is getting closer and the Banff Couples Conference is lining up another great experience.
During the day, our professional facilitators will bring couples closer together in a quiet intimate environment. But on Saturday night, it will be time to let loose and enjoy all the great food and hospitality of the Chateau Lake Louise.
This year, our entertainment for Saturday night will be a BCC favourite: Rob Skeet! Rob has brought down the house at previous conferences with his amazing covers of the latest music, along with rocking favourites from the past. You won't be able to resist,
as his dance floor is always packed.
Also back by popular request is the photo booth, this year it will be bigger and better than ever with more costumes and bigger printouts for you to take home. Step up to the boot
h with friends, or even convince people you've just met to get their picture taken!

Plan your March 3rd - 5th weekend now, and take advantage of the early bird pricing until October 31st.

Don't miss out on this year's conference and a great Saturday night
dance!

Kate & Joel Feldman

In our work with couples, we understand that the deepest need is to feel safe. Safety evokes the experience of open heartedness. When our hearts are open we trust one another, and can more easily share our core fears and needs, instead of arguing about the kids, the money, the vacation, and the household jobs. Once our conversation goes to this deep level, we begin to feel the energy of love, the warmth of wanting to be there for each other. This evokes the desire to meet one another's needs... not because someone is demanding, but because our hearts are moved with empathy and compassion. Then our loving is translated into specific action.

From your Organizing Committee:
We are in for a real treat this year at BCC.  Kate and Joel Feldman are back! Longer time attendee couples will remember Kate and Joel as warm, deeply caring, full of wisdom and funny!

Kate and Joel have been friends for 39 years and have been married for 31 years. They founded  The Conscious Relationships Institute™ in 1994 and through the institute they offer private couples marriage retreats, couples, workshops, and counselling  sessions for individuals, families and couples.   Kate and Joel were founding members of Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, which is now the largest residential yoga and wellness center on the US east coast.  Both are always learning new things.  A new interest of Kate's is equine-centered therapy with individuals and couples. Joel's current passion is coaching individuals and couples to "get out of the box'" so that they can live as fully and creatively as possible.

The Organizing Committee is grateful that Kate and Joel will be sharing their insights on learning, loving and growing with us at BCC in March.
