We strive to create the best value for your weekend. The Conference Registration fee of $175 or $195 per couple pays for the facilitators and Banff Couples Conference administration costs.
Conference Registration
Please fill in the registration form and mail it with your Conference Registration fee (cheque or money order for $175 on or before Nov. 30 or $195 after Nov. 30 ) to the Banff Couples Conference Society, at the address shown on the form. Conference cancellations received on or before Jan 21, 2009 will be given a 50% refund of the Conference Registration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations after this date.
Every couple that registers before Nov 30th will also be entered in a draw for a two night stay at the Lodge at Kananaskis. This draw will occur during the 2009 conference, and the 2-night stay must be used after the conference--not for accommodation during the conference.

Hotel Registration
Booking of rooms is the sole responsibility of each couple. To ensure that you are connected directly with the Delta Lodge at Kananaskis, call 1-866-432-4322 before 7:00 p.m. Quote group code GH157 to guarantee the conference rate of $516, plus applicable taxes, per couple.
This rate includes two nights accommodation in a Delta Room, Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday brunch, and use of the facilities. Room upgrades will be subject to additional cost. Review and retain your confirmation information to verify costs.
To guarantee the conference rate, reservations must be made prior to January 21, 2009. The hotel cancellation policy should be confirmed with the hotel at the time of making your reservation.
