We strive to create the best value for your week-end. The Conference Registration fee of $175 (before November 30st) or $195 (after November
30th) per couple pays for the facilitators and Banff Couples Conference administration costs.

Conference Registration
Please fill in the registration form and mail it with your Conference Registration fee (cheque or money order for $175 on or before Nov. 30 or
$195 after Nov. 30th ) to the Banff Couples Conference Society, at the address shown on the form. Conference cancellations received on or before Jan 17, 2011 will be given a 50% refund of the Conference Registration fee. No
refund will be given for cancellations after this date.

Hotel Registration
Participants must contact the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise at 1-403-522-3511 (Lake Louise) or
1-800-441-1414 (global reservations). You may also register at the hotel via email at CLL.reservations@fairmont.com (if contacting them via email, the hotel will call you to gather credit card info and verify the info provided).
When contacting the hotel please advise the hotel that you are booking as part of the Banff Couples Conference at the Chateau Lake Louise March 4-6, 2011. You do not require a booking code, however you MUST specify it is at the Chateau Lake Louise. The hotel cancellation policy should be confirmed with the hotel at the time of making your reservation. An upgraded room will increase the participant's conference cost. (Fairmont room included in
package)
The package total is $620.00 and includes:
Fairmont Room, Tax, Service Charge, Friday evening reception, Saturday & Sunday breakfasts, Saturday lunch, dinner & dance, 2 coffee breaks, Sunday brunch, self-parking. Unless the couple purchases things on their own, this is the final total to be billed for the weekend. The following room upgrade rates will be honoured by the hotel for the period 3 days prior and 3 days post the conference. An upgraded room will increase the participant's conference cost. (Fairmont room included in package)
Every couple that registers before Nov 30th will also be entered in a draw for a two night stay at The Chateau Lake Louise. This draw will occur during the conference, and the 2-night stay may be used that weekend or another weekend of their choice.
