Sharon Bronstein & Alan Caplan

|
In this workshop Sharon Bronstein MSW and Alan Caplan MA will focus on the subtle art of connecting. They will explore the various types of responses to one another's "bids" for connection, which affect whether we feel loved or neglected. Participants will explore the subtle dynamics of our daily interactions and how we can create more satisfying connections.
Sharon and Alan will draw upon their experience as actors to demonstrate some of the most common relationship dynamics. Participants will be invited to visit some typical situations and engage in playful exercises to develop a felt sense of what works best to enhance collaboration and co operation.
Sharon Bronstein, MSW, and Alan Caplan, MA are both therapists, facilitators, coaches, performance artists and retreat guides and founders of Life Enrichment Counselling.
